Canyon Bakehouse
- These guys first came into my life about two years ago and WOW have they changed the game. The first gluten free bagel that looked and tasted like a real bagel. Plus so many options! They have “Product Request Sheets” you can send in to your local store and you can order online. Pretty good bread and english muffins too.
Udi’s Gluten Free
- The first company to make a good gluten free bread. Still the softest most bread like bread I can find. Their other products are ok but the bread is my main favorite.
Schär
- Europe’s #1 in gluten free. Or so they say! Their bread still kinda clings to that tough, nonbendy consistency, but I like their Ciabata rolls and Baguettes. Plus they make the only GF croissant you’ll find ANYWHERE
Goodie Girl Cookies
- Ever look with longing at those boxes of perfect treats during Girl Scout Cookie season? No longer! This brand is a godsend if only for their mint thins which are (fair warning) highly addictive
Tonya’s Gluten Free Kitchen
- I’m actually fairly certain the only product this brand makes is a GF soft pretzel. But let me tell you that is the only product they need! As a gluten-full soft pretzel fiend in my youth, my quest for a good GF soft pretzel has been LONG and ARDUOUS. I’ll probably blog post about it later. THIS however is the absolute best (and one of the only) GF soft pretzels I have ever found
